First Post Op Visit (June 7th)

I had my first post op visit today, which was exciting because they were going to take off the disgusting bandage. I  was reluctant to go out into public trying not to scare any small children so having the bandage removed would be awesome! The Dr. said everything looked great. I was scolded for not brushing my teeth which I really didn't think was possible, so he showed me how to do it and cleaned me up. The bandage came off and he replaced the bands holding my teeth together. I thought that after the bandage came off I could move my lips more but not really. I really don't have a ton of feeling in my lower face and the swelling doesn't help. Here's a pic of me with my bandage off. Be warned not your typical glamour shot.............
